[Music] I don't know what kind of kids you're thinking of when you say smart kids, but if we take a look at the characteristics of the students, they have a very high level of self-understanding.
Distinguishing between what you know and what you don't know is basically the concept of metacognition.
You come to understand yourself .
Since I am a person who can do this much, when I set a goal by considering the influence I can have, I can judge for myself whether I can sufficiently achieve that goal and whether I really understand the things I studied well.
This can be called metacognition.
We are currently conducting a habit project for students participating in the educational program at KAIST Youngjae Education Center, where students are encouraged to choose a habit they want to develop and make it their own habit .
I found that children took on a greater sense of responsibility for the habits they set for themselves than I expected.
One of the things I thought was a good habit was saying hello.
My name is Seonghae Lee and I am in charge of the English Education Center at KAIST .
Nice to meet you.
I think it's a habit.
To put it another way, habits can be seen as students building their own system that allows them to grow steadily .
It is extremely important for students to develop good habits in order to improve their grades and achieve success in the long term.
It could be a study habit, but it could also be a habit of managing your emotions or feelings, and it is very important to find some way to focus on studying and continue to do so .
I think that the most important thing is for students to find ways to continue studying from their elementary school days and to continue doing so .
I don't know what kind of children you are thinking of when you say smart children, but I think you can think of the children that I am experiencing now as children who come to the English education program with interest and curiosity.
These children are fundamentally very curious and have the influence of exploring, searching, and learning on their own about things they are curious about.
When it comes to learning, if we take a look at the characteristics of students, they have a very high level of self-understanding .
Students who have a high level of self-understanding are those who are clear about what they like, what they are good at, and what they want to do.
In terms of studying, they are students who have a very high level of understanding of what to study and how to study .
So, to put it another way, metacognition, the term metacognition is very popular these days, and we can say that metacognition is high.
High metacognition means that based on self-understanding, you know well what you are good at, what you know, what you need to add, what methods are most effective for you, and ultimately what you can do or how you should do it.
In fact, when you set a goal while studying, you can think of judging whether you can sufficiently achieve that goal as a type of metacognition.
Next, the ability to judge for yourself whether you really understand and know the things you studied can be called metacognition.
So, we can say that these are the common characteristics that children who are good at studying or who excel in something have .
Oh, I really studied a lot, I studied really hard, but there are a lot of students who are worried because their grades aren't good.
One of the characteristics of these students is that they may have studied incorrectly or in a way that did not suit them .
So, rather than things like that, it is important to know how to study efficiently.
Distinguishing between what you know and what you don't know is basically the concept of metacognition.
In fact, the best way to distinguish between what we know and what we do n't know is to speak it out loud or write it down .
In fact, these days, media is developing, various information is overflowing on YouTube, and when you search with generative AI, information is pouring out.
So, what I mean is, children tend to think that I know a lot.
But in reality, when I try to explain things I know or try to organize some concepts I learned there, there are many cases where I cannot speak or write accurately .
In such cases, it feels like we know something, but it's really difficult to say that we actually know it.
So students with high metacognition are actually good at distinguishing between what they know and what they don't know, and the best way to distinguish that is to try to express in my head what I think I know in different ways .
We are conducting a habit project for students participating in an educational program at the KAIST English Education Center .
So, this is a project where students choose a habit they want to develop, practice it, and make it their own habit .
If we take a look at the habits that students chose through their participation, the most common habit chosen by students in elementary, middle, and high school is solving problems .
Now, in the case of solving problem sets, students often choose to solve many problems and study many things, so it is quite clear what the goal is.
For example, I will solve three problems a day.
Or I'll solve one page a day, one unit a day .
I think many students choose this habit because it is easy to set goals like this .
But what's important here is that students choose to solve workbooks in a variety of ways, but the way they solve those workbooks can vary from student to student .
If we think about the process of solving a workbook, solving a workbook usually involves solving a problem, grading it, and then ending .
Right? But if you think about the concept of metacognition that we talked about earlier, when you solve a problem book, you can clearly distinguish between the problems you know and the ones you get wrong.
So then, how can I effectively make the wrong problem my own again ? Effective learning requires companionship.
So, if you look at the problem-solving habits of students, you can see that some students solve problems and organize their incorrect answer notes, or solve problems while organizing notes on important concepts, and try to create a variety of study habits .
After solving workbooks, another habit that students often choose is reading.
There's a lot of talk these days about how students' literacy skills are lacking, but I think students are now realizing that literacy skills are important and that reading is important.
Reading can help you develop your imagination and your ability to think, so I've decided to make reading an important habit that I want to develop.
The same goes for reading.
When we read a book, at the moment we start reading, it actually feels like we understand the entire content of the book.
But now, it doesn't end with understanding.
Some students write book reports, summarize the plot of the book, or explain the contents of the book to their mothers or younger siblings.
Some students even create presentations explaining the book .
In some ways, you could say that these are really good habits that help me develop the habit of checking whether I really understood the book well .
There are many different ways for students to read.
And recently, one of the things that I thought was a good habit was that while reading, there were students who would organize words that they didn't quite understand or didn't know what they meant, and then connect that to their reading comprehension skills and look up the meaning of the words or sentences .
So, we read, but in the end, how we use reading to learn varies from student to student, so ultimately, through reading, we can really broaden our thinking and diversify our experiences .
And it also helps us a lot in understanding other people and other worlds .
So, reading a lot of books is a method that I really recommend, and then while reading the book, explaining the contents of the book like this and talking about it to other people, I think that method is very helpful.
And in fact, when we talk about study methods or study habits, there are a lot of existing note-taking methods that are well-known.
Students are now putting in a lot of effort to develop the habit of organizing their notes.
There are many ways to organize notes, such as organizing concepts, writing explanations of problems, or writing an error notebook.
Among the various note-taking methods, one of the most effective methods that students choose is the blank notebook .
So, I spread out a blank sheet of paper and had the students write down what they learned in class today while trying to remember it a little .
So, when I write down what's in my head on a blank notebook, I think, " Oh, I already know all these things from what I learned in school today .
" Or, oh, I've heard this kind of thing, but I do n't quite understand it.
Here 's a way to check things like this.
In fact, putting habits into practice is quite difficult.
For example, it is difficult to set a habit for 60 or 80 days and practice it every day, but one way to help you continue practicing it is to manage it so that the results of your practice are visible.
So one of the things that we do a lot with students now is to use things like posts.
For example, when organizing notes or solving problems, I write on the post, “I will solve three problems every day.
” Or let me organize three concepts.
I'll sort out three incorrect answers.
When I write three things on a post and fill up one wall like this, the students can see how much I have put this into practice .
Then, as I see the wall being filled up, I feel a sense of satisfaction and I think to myself, let's not give up now and keep going until the end.
It also gives you the strength to continue.
So, utilizing something like a post is also one of the really good methods.
So, there are many different ways to organize notes, and students are choosing to organize notes as a study habit and putting it into practice, but you can see that each student is trying to find a method that is truly effective for them.
Studying foreign languages, such as memorizing English words, is one of the habits that many students choose to do.
Especially now, things like memorizing English words are actually a good choice.
Memorize five a day, memorize ten.
In fact, it's one of those habits that gives you a great sense of accomplishment when you think about the cumulative numbers .
For example, five each for ten days is 50.
If I study five words at a time for 30 days, I can memorize 150 English words .
That's why there are so many students who choose this type of habit.
But for example, there are students who set their goals like this.
Try writing English words ten times a day.
There are students who decide like this.
But if we go a little further, when we use it ten times, there is a goal to learn or memorize the English word, so some students set a goal like memorizing the English word and testing it with their mom .
Taking a test here is actually a process of checking whether I have really memorized what I have learned well, so going one step further and using a method like we talked about in Metanage to check whether I have really memorized it well could be a good method.
Pride Wall is one of the examples of good habits we gave our students when we started the Habits Project .
Pride Month can be seen as a habit of managing emotions rather than a study habit.
Students write down three things they did well that day, or three things they are grateful for, or some students write down something they did wrong that day .
By doing this, I can reflect on my daily life and find things I am especially grateful for and things I have done well, and I experience a sense of pride in myself.
In doing so, students are now able to manage their emotions .
Students also say things like this.
So, when I try to write down three things I'm grateful for every day, I find things to be grateful for.
It makes me try to do a good job.
And it had a very positive impact on the students.
So, Pride Month is actually a way of using post-it notes, and I think you'll be able to see students become emotionally stable and have positive experiences by filling the wall with things they've done really well .
Planners and such are actually one of the most common methods used when planning or trying to implement something.
In my case, I write down my to-do list for the day and delete them one by one every morning .
In fact, things like planners are a great way to habitually make plans, monitor whether I've done well according to plan, and make additional plans through monitoring to see how far I've come and what I need to do in the future.
Rather than thinking about what I need to do today, writing it down in detail and reviewing it is actually one of the ways to greatly improve metacognition.
So when I try to use a planner, there are times when I end up using a lot more than I can .
I wrote that I could do these things in 8 hours, but in reality, there are many cases where I don't have enough time or I just can't do them that quickly.
And then you start to understand yourself.
Because I am a person who can do this much.
Then, next time, when I make a test plan, I can make a plan that takes into account my capabilities .
So, through such processes, metacognition can grow significantly.
Now, students are all worried about habits .
I don't have good study habits .
I want to have good study habits .
Or maybe you want to kick another bad habit.
So students start out now with the habit problem.
So, when students participate, they choose habits they want to give up or habits they want to have .
So, to continue practicing these habit projects, one of the things we recommend to parents and children while we are carrying out the habit project is to start with very small, trivial habits that are not burdensome even if you start today .
Maybe we set up a workout routine that is too difficult for three seconds and the habit itself becomes too burdensome from the first day, so our bodies don't move.
Mom, I have to go to the gym, but I do n't want to go today because it's burdensome, and I put it off and now it's the third day and things like that, but at first, it's not about very, very small habits.
Ten English words.
If it's too hard and burdensome today, it 's also a good idea to start with two or three.
So, we are trying to start with those and increase it to two, three, four, and so on .
Actually, we did the habit cycle project for about 8 weeks .
8 weeks is about 56 days.
There are usually 60-day habit challenges and such, and once you finish one, you feel a huge sense of accomplishment for having finished it.
I think adults and parents have probably all experienced that .
I decided to start running today and I've been running for 60 days.
Then there's this sense of accomplishment that comes from, "Oh, I did it.
" In other words, it is an experience of success .
What you can gain through that is, oh, I am a person who can do it.
We usually call this efficacy, and it makes you feel more confident in yourself.
So, after experiencing and completing one cycle through such small habits, you gain faith and confidence in yourself and a sense of challenge to try another habit .
So I think it's really important to form good habits by repeating them over and over again .
When we do habit-related programs or education with children like this, when we ask them when they wanted to give up a habit, they say, “Mom, I did it today.
” Didn't you do it? When or if you will ask something like this ? He said that when he did this, he just wanted to quit.
Because just like adults, habits are actually difficult to maintain, and there are days when you don't want to do them .
In those cases, it's not a big deal to just take a day off, but now your mom is looking at you and asking, "Why are you doing this today?" When are you going to do it? When they force or pressure students like this, they really want to quit.
We talk about this a lot.
So what I want to say is that one of the things I'm emphasizing a lot, not only in terms of parental habits but also in other aspects, is to give children a certain degree of autonomy.
When choosing habits, parents may think that those are the habits they choose.
You may feel uncomfortable choosing such trivial and trivial things, but in the beginning, the process through which the child chooses and accomplishes it is more important.
Rather than what kind of habit it is.
So, I think it's important to respect the child's opinion in those areas, and to support the child so that he or she can try to do something on his or her own until the end .
And another thing is, there will be days when the child doesn't want to do something, like today he's not feeling well, today he's too busy, or today is his birthday and he really wants to have fun.
On days like that, I think it's necessary to have someone who can sympathize, cheer me on, and help me finish .
In fact, if you don't do that habit for a day, nothing big will happen.
So, I think it's a problem to keep giving up just because you didn't do it one day, but I think it's necessary to cheer them on so that they can start again the next day after they didn't do it one day.
When I do the habit challenge, I start having these conversations with my students a lot .
When you ask children what they are worried about, what problems they have, or what they want to solve, you realize that each child has different worries.
Even though I work hard, I don't get good grades .
There are students like this, and it's hard to work hard.
It 's hard to concentrate.
There are friends like this, and I don't find studying fun at all.
I don't want to do it.
There are friends like this, and these days, there are a lot of students who have such concerns .
I really want to reduce the time I spend on my phone and YouTube, but there are so many students who have a hard time controlling themselves.
Actually, I think it's really important to start that conversation .
What are your children really worried about? Then, what problem would you like to solve together first? For example, for some children, it would be reducing the amount of time they spend on their cell phones.
In fact, many students are very worried .
Then, the child and the mother can decide on some way to reduce the time spent using the cell phone.
I had friends like that.
Among the friends who practiced the habit project, there are some who made a habit of returning their phones to their moms for two or three hours and studying, or some who made a habit of not watching YouTube or playing games for a few hours .
I found that children have a much greater sense of responsibility for the habits they set for themselves than I expected .
Ah, since I decided it, I have to stick to it.
There are friends who say things like this, so I think it's really important to set your own rules and stick to them.
So, in fact, when we look at our students, they really want to study hard and focus, but these days, it is difficult for them to work hard on their own .
In that process, I think you can solve these problems one by one with your children through fun challenges like this, challenges you can do with your mother, and in that process, as I keep saying, I think it is necessary to respect the children's autonomy and will .
Parents, please give your children some autonomy.
If I say this to you, you will be afraid.
He said he didn't know how to give and he didn't know how much to give .
Then, I think we should give special lectures to parents and let the children choose between private academies and such.
If I say I'm not going, should I tell them not to go? When asking questions like this, rather than thinking about extreme situations, I think that if we give children autonomy, starting with small things like choosing and practicing habits, one by one, the child will be able to take initiative to some extent .
So, too much autonomy makes parents anxious, and it is not easy to leave too much to the child from the beginning, so I think it is necessary to approach it step by step so that the child can experience the process of making choices and taking responsibility for them.
[Music] Children who are good at studying on their own have the characteristic of studying efficiently.
I would say that these are students who find a study method that suits them well early on and practice that method consistently .
If you think about it carefully, there are definitely ways in which you can study better.
In fact, each student can have very different experiences in terms of when and where they focus best .
Well, some people may study better in the library, while others may study better at their desks, but the important thing to remember is that no one method is right for everyone .
The key there is hello.
My name is Seonghae Lee and I am in charge of the KAIST English Education Center.
Nice to meet you.
Children who study well on their own actually have a very clear motivation to learn .
These are students who have goals and passion for studying, but when you look at various study methods, students who are good at it on their own have the characteristic of studying more efficiently.
I would say that these are students who find a study method that suits them well early on and practice that method consistently .
So, these are students who have a good understanding of what methods of studying are effective for them and what parts they need to study.
When we study, one of the most important things is to remember and understand what we have learned.
But each person's way of remembering and understanding is very different.
If we think about it now, there are many ways to study, such as studying by making a song or studying by taking the first letter of something.
If you think about it carefully, there are definitely ways that you can study better .
There are many ways to understand and remember the content, such as basically extracting the core content and writing it down or summarizing it, and one of the methods that has been introduced a lot recently is drawing pictures of the relationships in the content .
One of the best ways to understand the content is to summarize it.
So, I'm going to write down what I've learned in my own words.
There are ways to do this, such as making a summary note or writing it down on a post-it note and sticking it on the wall to show the concepts you know, but the important thing here is that no one method is right for everyone .
The key there is to figure out what methods will help you or your child remember and understand what you are studying .
There are many good methods of understanding on the market, so I would like to tell you to refer to them and find the method that is right for your child.
The best and most surefire way to develop metacognitive habits is to write or speak.
When we say we know something, if we ca n't put it into words, it's only like we know it, but it's hard to say we know it accurately.
When I speak, I actually find it very difficult to speak fluently and continuously about things I don't know much about .
So, if you try to explain in words what you have learned or studied, or write it down as you remember it, you will be able to clearly distinguish between them .
So when I see on TV or something like that, the study methods of really good students are introduced, like the blank note method, the blank note method.
When I learned about photosynthesis at school today, when the teacher explained it to me, I felt like I understood photosynthesis very well .
Then, I spread out the badge and wrote down what I learned about photosynthesis as I remembered it .
So, if I write about the concept of photosynthesis to see if I understand it well enough, I may not understand this part well and if it is not well written down, I can see that it is an area that requires a little more study.
You've probably seen this kind of introduction a lot.
Another way is that I see a lot of students writing things like, I'm a teacher and I'm explaining to someone what I learned today .
That's a really great way to see exactly what I know and don't know, and to see what areas I need to study more about .
Time management is one of the effective methods used by students who are good at studying .
Now, when I look at the students who come to study at the Youngjae Education Center and ask them how they manage their time, there are some students who utilize their spare time very well.
For example, there are students who say that they use their time efficiently, such as when they are commuting or eating.
That doesn't mean you should study even during spare time , even while eating .
That's not what I'm talking about.
It's about making a time plan to use the time you have efficiently.
For example, to increase concentration, even if you study for the same amount of time, there are always distractions like being on your phone or having various distractions around you.
Rather than things like that, it 's about managing your time so that you can focus.
For example, turning on the story and having students focus on something, or a representative time management habit is maintaining a schedule .
You could call it a planner, and it 's one of the ways to manage what I do at what time by dividing my time in order to use my time efficiently.
So it also helps you manage your time well .
It then helps me monitor how well I am progressing with those plans .
So, if you keep practicing time management, it will help you plan so that you can utilize your time within the range that you can.
And one of the things that impressed me recently was an interview with Professor Heo Jun, who received the Fields report, and he knew very well how much time he could focus on.
For example, if I can only focus for an hour, I can use an hourglass, turn over the hourglass, and study as focused as possible during that time.
This is one way to manage time efficiently .
One of our students is working on a habit project, and one habit he tries to practice is cleaning his desk every day before he starts studying .
So I asked him why he makes a habit of clearing his desk, and he said it's to create an environment where he can focus on his studies .
Like this friend, it is very important to create an environment where you can focus on something, and it is very necessary to create a surrounding environment that is helpful for studying .
In fact, each student can have very different experiences in terms of when and where they focus best.
There may be friends who study well in the library, and there may be friends who study well at their desks, but it is very important to find an environment where you can concentrate well and create that environment.
Recently, one of the biggest factors that hinders students' concentration is cell phone use.
So, managing your cell phone well plays a big role in creating an environment where you can focus on studying, and there are many ways to do that.
There may be a way to turn off your phone or use an application to temporarily block your phone .
Also, when I look at students, there are some who plan and put into practice things like returning their cell phones to their moms and focusing on studying during that time.
Emotional management plays a very important role in studying .
For example, there are many times when I feel bad or annoyed and don't want to study, so it's very important to manage those emotions stably .
Emotional management can also be an important learning habit.
In order to manage emotions, it is important to know when you feel good, what you should do to feel good, such as how to listen to music, what to eat, etc.
, and to try to have a positive mindset if possible.
One way is to write down things like what I did well tomorrow or what I did today, and there are definitely students who try to maintain those feelings or things they are good at.
And actually, if you look at the students who have participated in the habit project now, there are some who read poetry every day or read famous quotes every day to get their bearings .
When I see things like that, I think I'm really trying to find my own ways to help me maintain my goals, stay motivated, and stay positive .
So, listening to idol music can be one way, and it is very important to look for such methods and find these breakthroughs that can relieve stress .
Habit mindset is literally when you have to think, "I want to have a certain habit .
" But now that adults are three years old, they naturally try to make plans and put them into practice, but the possibility of putting them into practice can vary depending on how motivated they are .
So, even for children, I want them to have some kind of habit .
It is very important to have this kind of mindset, and the method I recommend is that children actually have clear habits that they want to have .
And there are definitely issues that he is concerned about, so when he talks to his child, he says, "Oh, Mom, I really can't concentrate when I study .
" Oh, then how about we try practicing the habit of slowing down our concentration? In this way, we can say that having a habit mindset is creating a motivation to create a habit based on the child's problem or what the child wants .
One of the most important things about habit mindset is that although it is good for us to form habits, there are situations where we can stop or take a break while forming a habit.
So, it's good to have high goals, but if you give up on a habit in the middle or take a break for a few days, you can just start again.
It's really important to have a relaxed mindset where you can try it once without feeling burdened by the habit itself .
When choosing a habit, if you set your goals too high from the beginning, your body won't move like this.
This is actually very much related to the principles of the brain .
What this means is that our brains are wired to do things that are really familiar, so we have a tendency to delve deeply into new things or things we don't want to do .
That's why it's so important to start a habit without feeling pressured when you first start it .
Anyone who looks at it will see that I'm doing such a trivial thing.
For example, most habit books on the market start out by saying something like this.
Start with really small, insignificant habits.
For example, if I were to get up and do five squats right now, I think I could do it without any burden, just like I can do one sit-up right now .
I think it's important to start with these kinds of habits.
It's actually much harder to break bad habits .
So, rather than trying to get rid of bad habits, I think it would be better to start with habits that make you feel good when you do something , habits that give you a sense of accomplishment .
And most importantly, the habit that the child practicing it wants to have.
I think it would be good to help people be able to choose what they want to do autonomously .
Habit planning, that is, making a plan to practice the habit, is very important.
It's really important for me to decide when and how I'm going to practice this habit .
For example, when we exercise, we decide when to do it .
It is also important to decide where to do it next .
And if necessary, in some cases, you can prepare things like buying clothes for exercising, buying new sneakers, etc.
Making plans like this.
And how do we manage the progression of a habit? Making a plan is also very important.
The truth is that habits are really difficult to maintain consistently.
So there are a lot of ways to help you stick to your habits.
These days, there are so many things like applications.
I also use something like a running app, and the running app shows me how I practiced my habits like a stamp every day .
As such, it is essential to make plans to manage the accumulated results of habits in a visible and tangible way .
One way is to mark the shortcoming with an X or circle it .
Or, using something like a post-it to fill in the wall like this is also a really good method .
So how do you manage your habits? And lastly, a very important thing in habit planning is to set a habit goal and, if I continue to do so for a certain period of time, it is necessary to reward myself with something.
For example, when a child practices a habit for 60 days, it is necessary to provide rewards for the habit, such as things the child wants.
In our case, we also hold events such as parties for students who have completed the habit project and have continued the habit .
If you think of ways to praise yourself for practicing well in something like this, you will be able to maintain the habit well .
I think it's really hard to maintain a habit, no matter how small it is.
That's a pretty difficult thing for me, but one good way to make a habit stick is to make it less difficult.
One way to lower the difficulty of a habit is to choose small habits.
There is also a way to choose habits that are enjoyable when you do them .
Other than that, try making a plan so that you can continue doing the things you used to do every day.
Experts say that you should make it a habit by attaching it to a routine or an action that you do on a daily basis.
For example, if I want to have the habit of drinking water every day, we always wake up in the morning, take a shower, and brush our teeth.
We also recommend putting into practice the method of adding habits to existing routines such as brushing your teeth and drinking water .
One of the habits that I know that I've been wanting to start is drinking lots of water .
For example, drink 2L of water a day.
So how did I put this into practice? I bought a month's supply of water .
We eliminate them one by one .
Then you can see the water level decreasing.
And now, they say, they've been able to practice their habits a little more efficiently and consistently .
It is also important to find such methods and strategies that will help you to practice your habits well when you use such methods .
Creating habits or studying is actually a very difficult task for children .
They say that in times like these, what children need most is their parents' encouragement and support .
These are actually things that kids talk about a lot.
So, there are days when you just really don't want to do something.
In that case, rather than saying, “Why aren’t you doing it now? Do it quickly?”, show empathy by saying, “You must be having a hard time today.
” Then, “Then do you want to take a day off and try again tomorrow?” They say that saying things like this is much more helpful to children .
This isn't my story, it's actually my children's story.
When their mother believes in them and supports them like that, when their mother says, "Then you can take a day off today," they say that it gives them the strength to do it again .
But on the contrary, why aren't you doing it today? When are you going to do it? When I say this, the kids say, "Oh, I really didn't want to do it.
" Actually, if you look at it, it's just a difference of one word .
Whether their mother understands and sympathizes with them or forces them to do something today, it's just one word that makes a huge difference, but I think children feel that way.
And I think it's really important that someone sympathizes with something I really don't want to do and find difficult .
So I think it's always necessary to have someone like this to encourage and support us .
This is something I often talk to parents about these days, but habits are n't just for children.
My parents and I have habits we want to have.
And that's really hard to do alone, so in fact, one of the really good strategies is for the child and parents to pick one thing to do together and practice it, or for the family to create a group chat and share the results of their daily practices there.
In this way, it can become a competition, or it can be supportive, and from the child's perspective, it can make them feel like they're not the only one having a hard time, so it 's actually one of the methods that can be easily practiced at home.
no see.
So, I recommend that you set small goals one by one and try them out, then when you're done, celebrate with your family and have a good time, and then try another goal .
